quick-adjust

A small mechanism used to turn the large adjusting ring in the clutch cover when adjustment is required.

quick-release (QR) valve

An air valve that is used to speed up the release of air pressure from air lines. The valve exhaust closes when supplied air and then opens when air pressure drops.
